    Every Second Wednesday Online
    6:00PM and 8:00PM

    Join us every second Wednesday night for a free 30 minute calming meditation session focused on breath awareness and practice.

  • Small Group Breathwork

    Last Saturday of the month
    2:00PM - 4:00PM, $50

    Designed for a small group of just 4 participants, these 2 hour sessions are perfect for those looking to deepen their Breathwork practice and enhance self-awareness in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.
