Group Therapy
Maxine’s Group Therapy and Counselling Course offers a supportive environment to help you address negative thinking, excessive worry, and rumination. Over six weeks, you will learn cognitive-behavioural strategies (CBT) to manage anxiety and depression by identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts, and focusing on the present moment to create a sense of calm.
