Group Therapy

Maxine’s Group Therapy and Counselling Course offers a supportive environment to help you address negative thinking, excessive worry, and rumination. Over six weeks, you will learn cognitive-behavioural strategies (CBT) to manage anxiety and depression by identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts, and focusing on the present moment to create a sense of calm.

Course Details

  • Duration: 90-minute sessions over 6 weeks

  • Investment: $360

  • Concessions: Available for healthcare card holders, pensioners, and unemployed individuals

  • Remote Counselling: Available via Zoom or Skype for those in rural/remote areas or with mobility issues
