Breathwork is a powerful, therapeutic process that uses conscious, connected breathing to activate the body’s natural healing mechanisms, promote self-awareness, and facilitate personal transformation.

wHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM BREATHWORK?

Pre-Briefing
The session begins with a discussion to set the intention and share your personal history.

Session
Lying down, you’ll be gently guided through an hour of breathing, where the Practitioner will support you in letting go of mental chatter and being present with body sensations, memories, and images.

Post-Briefing
After the session, a debriefing will help you integrate insights and understandings gained during the process.

Tingling, cramping, or numbness, along with energy movement and a sense of peace.

Fee Information
Individual Breathwork sessions: $180 per hour
Evening & weekend rates: Additional $20 per hour
Concessions available: For healthcare card holders, pensioners, and unemployed individuals
Remote sessions: Available via Zoom/Skype for those in rural/remote areas or with mobility issues
