Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful, therapeutic process that uses conscious, connected breathing to activate the body’s natural healing mechanisms, promote self-awareness, and facilitate personal transformation.

It provides a path to emotional release, stress relief, and mental clarity by working through emotional blocks and entrenched behavior patterns.

wHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM BREATHWORK?

  • Pre-Briefing

    The session begins with a discussion to set the intention and share your personal history.

  • Session

    Lying down, you’ll be gently guided through an hour of breathing, where the Practitioner will support you in letting go of mental chatter and being present with body sensations, memories, and images.

  • Post-Briefing

    After the session, a debriefing will help you integrate insights and understandings gained during the process.

Common Experiences During a Breathwork Session

  • Physical sensations

    Tingling, cramping, or numbness, along with energy movement and a sense of peace.

  • Mental clarity

    Awareness of past memories or limiting behaviors.

  • Spiritual awareness

    A sense of bliss, unity, or connection to a higher power.

Post-Breathwork Outcomes

Breathwork can create immediate life-changing experiences, or more subtle changes that unfold over time. Whether subtle or profound, the practice opens the door to experiencing more of life in the present moment, shifting perspectives, values, and behaviors. It is a path of profound growth and resilience.

Fee Information

  • Individual Breathwork sessions: $180 per hour

  • Evening & weekend rates: Additional $20 per hour

  • Concessions available: For healthcare card holders, pensioners, and unemployed individuals

  • Remote sessions: Available via Zoom/Skype for those in rural/remote areas or with mobility issues
